Materials: The underneath layer is 100% cotton; soft cord and embellished with lace and velvet ribbon. Over the top are tattered gathers of light pink organza with further pieces of the cotton ruffled at the waistline. Vintage white buttons are pretty additions. White and pink mesh trim ties in a bow to fasten.

Measurements: The width of the waist is 23 1/2” / 59cm with plenty of length in the ties. Length of underneath layer at the back: 15” / 38cm.

Ideas: This is the perfect item to wear over jeans or leggings for a more unique look with a touch of steampunk. Ideal for festivals, the bustle can be an interesting addition to a circus, fairy or carnival costume.
