Steampunk gypsy skirt.
When your cargo is stolen, you’re so enamoured by the airship pirates, you end up joining them…
Ideas: This skirt would look great with chunky boots and a corset- style top for a complete steampunk outfit or a floral frilled shirt for a boho traveller look. Wear with leggings in winter and without in summer! Casual enough for wearing shopping, but could be dressed up for a steam convention or as part of a pirate costume at a fancy dress party!
Materials: The main fabric is 100% cotton and is a shabby mix of light corduroy, tattered knitted pieces and tassels of light cotton. At the front there is a panel of black soft lycra at the waist and gathered chocolate brown satin with a woollen fringed trim.
Fastens with a zip at the side.
Measurements: Waist 32 – 35” / 82 – 89cm. Hips free. Length at front: 12 1/2” / 32cm; at back: 32” / 82cm approx.
